LTD Performance Cycling Is based on the Long Term Development model of coaching that stresses proper skill development and a periodized approach to training.
Created by NCCP-certified racing coach and accomplished local cyclist Paul Cooney, our goals are to:
Introduce a fun, positive and affordable grassroots youth program.
Develop junior riders using individualized programming and regular group training opportunities.
Work with Masters athletes to develop customized, goal based programming.

Our spring training programs are designed to help cyclists develop their fundamental bike handling skills, speed, power and fitness in a non-competitive setting. If you do want to race at the local, provincial or national level we are here to support that too!
Two sessions per week are offered. Pick one session or both based on your availability and commitment. All sessions will be divided into ability-based groups. Participants are also offered a special price on the Spoke O'Motion Weekly MTB Race Series.
