My name is Luke Mione and I love to Race bikes. Over the past 2 years I have been getting more and more agressive and serious about biking. I wanted to do something I really love and had a huge passion for and this was it!. I then got involved in the Coulson’s Hill Weekly Race Series and started in the sport class. By the end on the the races I came 1st Place! in the Junior Sport class which I was very proud of since it was only my first year racing. I then did an 8 hour epic with 3 other riders and we came in 5th in our age catagory.

I am very interested in improving my skills in biking any way possible and doing whatever it takes. I really want to do well in O'Cups this year and the years to come. I also want to move up to Expert class in the Coulson’s Hill Race Series so I can ride with riders better than me to improve my skills and learn along the way. I also want to do more 8 hour epics and mabye a 24 hour to see if I have the endurance to compete and to see how I do in a team situation.

 

Racing on the Spoke O' Motion Team, I always try my hardest to do what is expected of me and try my best in situations that are tough as well as demanding. I know I could learn more skills from the other experienced riders on the team and learn new things along the way. 

I hope that I am invited to be on the team as it will fufill my dreams and I will wear the Spoke O' Motion Jersey with pride.
