Once you provide us any information we have requested, we have automatically accepted responsibility for the protection of your information, therefore, being accountable for this information. We feel that the safeguards we have in place are more than sufficient for the sensitivity of the information we collect. We have designated the store manager as our privacy policy officer and any questions or concerns may be directed to him using the contact information here.

Identifying Purposes
We will identify the reasons for collecting your personal information at or before the time of collection. Some of these reasons are, to provide valid warranty receipts, useful contact information when ordering product, category placement for our race series, e-mail newsletters, etc. 

Consent
Your consent will be assumed when you provide your information to us. We will also presume that you have consented to our use and storage policies of your information. You may refuse consent or withdrawal consent at anytime but in doing so we may not be able to provide services that may be valuable to you.  

Limiting Collection
We will collect only information that is necessary for our business transaction or for racing specifications but nothing more. The information will always be provided by you to ensure consent is established. Some examples of information we may collect is, but not limited to, name, address, telephone number, e-mail, age and gender.

Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention
We will never give, sell, offer, or disclose your information to any person, business entity or any organization that is not affiliated with or employed by Spoke O Motion. We collect your information for our internal reasons and that is all it will be used for. The only time we will disclose any information to an outside agency is if we are required to by law.  We retain your information for only as long as we need and when this time expires it will be properly disposed of.

Your personal information will be as accurate, complete and up-to-date as provided by you. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any changes to the information we collect. This way we can update our records accordingly and continue to provide you with the service you deserve.

Your personal information is stored in our secured facility on our protected computer network. The safeguards we use are sufficient for the sensitivity of the information we collect.
