Go ahead, check where that trail goes. From XC ripping to all-mountain charging, Cannondale's Trigger HI-MOD Carbon 2 is up for the challenge. The Ballistec carbon frame accelerates your riding to the next level. ESC-TC tech stabilizes the frame pivots for incredible efficiency and pin-point handling under extreme conditions. Trail-taming suspension comes courtesy of Cannondale's exceptional 140mm Lefty SuperMax fork, and Fox's plush DYAD rear shock with 85 or 140mm of smooth, controlled travel. A bar-mounted lever lets you decide, and also adjusts the geometry to match. Furthering that versatility is the KS Lev Integra dropper post. Up or down, the 20-speed Shimano/SRAM drivetrain bangs off fast, easy shifting with a hill-conquering gear range. The whole thing rolls on light, fast, and trail-tough Mavic Crossroc wheels equipped with Mavic's own Crossroc tires. Shimano's renowned XT brakes boast loads of predictive stopping power right under your fingertips. Plus, this carbon rig is loaded with Cannondale's own ultralight components and a racy WTB saddle to let you see where every trail goes.

The Cannondale/Fox DYAD Rear Shock.

With Fox's DYAD RT2 rear shock, you can have the best possible performance across the widest spectrum of terrain. Developed in collaboration with Cannondale, the dual-travel, dual-personality DYAD RT2 is actually two completely different shocks housed in one package: Elevate – a shorter travel, smaller volume air shock for rolling and climbing terrain, and Flow – a longer travel, high volume linear air shock for aggressive descending.

Activated on the fly by a handlebar-mounted lever, each mode has its own dedicated damping circuits, fully optimized for the intended terrain. Switching between the Elevate and Flow modes also changes the bike's sag point and geometry. In Elevate mode, the bike rides higher, resulting in steeper head and seat angles and keeping the rider in a better position for climbing and tight technical terrain. In Flow mode, the bottom bracket drops, lowering the center of gravity and making the angles slack and stable, perfect for charging descents.
