2016 Rocky Mountain Whistler 30

Rocky Mountain's Whistler 30 is a fully capable commuter, exercise machine or just-for-fun two-wheeler. With a lightweight aluminum frame built around upright seating, a set of hydraulic disc brakes, and road-smoothing suspension fork, the miles will disappear like never before. The smooth ride is complemented by an easy-pedaling 27-speed Shimano drivetrain and quick aluminum wheels that laugh at hills. Plus, the reliable seatpost, stem, and comfy saddle are just waiting to roll!

    Comments:

I commute to work every day with this bike and it's been very reliable and comfortable so far. I have a Thule child's seat attached and it works great. I haven't tried it on a trail yet, but it handles streets and paths very well. It feels strong and sturdy, which is good because I'm pretty hard on my stuff! My one complaint is that both pedals broke after a couple months - they just split in half and broke off from regular use. I like the smaller pedals better anyway, but it's disappointing that these are obviously cheaper components. Otherwise the bike has held up well and meets my needs perfectly.
