It also reflects the fact that every staff member, at every point of their career with Spoke O'Motion, is in a constant state of evolution.

There's not much I can say here that I have not said in years past. The most important thing to say is the most obvious: Thank you!

The most important part of our success is our people. Many of our staff have been with us for several years now. Early every new year my palms start to get a little sweaty and the nerves a little jagged as I await the news. I anxiously review the years performance in my mind and ponder, "Did we do enough?", "Did we make progress?", "Are we delivering customer service excellence every day?".

Thanks to the tireless work of my dedicated staff, I am pleased to report that we have acheived another tremendous benchmark. For the fourth consecutive year the readers of the Era-Banner have selected Spoke O'Motion as the Reader's Choice Bike Store of the Year.

A big thanks to our loyal customers who submitted votes (and even those who didn't!) and my wonderful staff who made this happen.

Spoke O'Motion is proud to report that we have been selected as one of only three finalists for the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards in the category of Extraordinary Small Business of the Year. The commitment of our staff to constantly deliver customer service excellence is the root cause of our success and look for us to continually improve on this front.

In 2005, customers (like you) awarded us our first ever Era Banner Reader's Choice Award as "Bike Shop of the Year".

Well...the winner for 2006 has been declared! We are confident that during this past season we have made even greater strides towards delivering Excellence.
