Bike Store of the Year - Three Years in a Row

What an honour! The accolades seems to keep rolling in here at Spoke O'Motion. For the third consecutive year, we have earned enough votes from the readership of the Era Banner to be named "Bike Store of the Year" for 2007.

Thank you to all of our loyal customers who took the time to get their votes in. Nothing matters as much as the opinions of our customers and an award like this speaks to the strides we have taken to improve the service and sales experience here over the past four years.

Most importantly, though, a big shout out to the staff. Without our dedicated team of passionate professionals, recognition like this could never be a reality. We pride ourselves in delivering the best customer service available in any retail environment, period. Bike store or otherwise, caring about the customer's needs and having knowledgeable, friendly and passionate staff who actually use the products they sell is a recipe for success. Congrats everyone!

Spoke O'Motion is proud to report that we have been selected as one of only three finalists for the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards in the category of Extraordinary Small Business of the Year. The commitment of our staff to constantly deliver customer service excellence is the root cause of our success and look for us to continually improve on this front.
