Our service goals are simple: Deliver timely service, offer quality advice, and remedy all performance issues the first time. To meet these goals, our staff receives rigorous technical training direct from vendors and component manufacturers to keep their skills abreast of the evolving technologies.

We are fully stocked, trained, and prepared to do perform technical repairs in-house. We complete suspension fork and rear shock rebuilds in house. We bleed, service, and rebuild all brands of hydraulic disc brakes in house. We build custom wheels in house. If a shop can't perform these technical tasks, are they really ready to tune your bike? Before you leave your bike anywhere else at least ask the question.

Further to our technical accumen, our service policies are unmatched:
Even in peak season, we aim to complete your service within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Our tune-up packages listed below. Of course, individual services can be completed with à la carte pricing, but once you throw add a few tasks together the tune-ups are almost always the most cost effective route. Parts installation prices are also posted so that you will know what to expect when you arrive.

For the multitude of minor repairs that have not been listed,
please be aware that there is a minimum shop charge of $6.95.

Service not available without the purchase of a Minor Tune-up.

• Crankset, chain, derailleurs, cassette all completely removed from bike
• These parts are then scrubbed and degreased in a dedicated Parts Washer before reinstallation on your bike
